Honestly I would use the other npc mod, superior survivors or something like that. Superb is currently incredibly laggy and buggy. Your frames will drop the second you met a small group, the setting options for the mod doesn’t seem to work along with invincible god like npcs.Superb Survivors is known to be an unoptimized and somewhat buggy mod, thus it frequently causes lags and throws errors now and then. After running several tests with the mod on and off, I can guarantee it's superb survivors causing the stuttering. In addition, no graphical setting seems to be affecting this whatsoever, even running it in a 800x600 >window< won't stop the stuttering.
