Great, i would suggest measuring the low fuel pressure to the fuel filter input and output to the high pressure pump. And then we will start from there. If there is no lift pump or pump at all in the tank there should be a vacuum at the input of the fuel filter. Your MAF tells the ECM how much air is going into the engine. If incorrect output from the MAF, you will have problems. See if you can solve that one.You should have an output at idle of about 40 gm/sec when your EGR is closed. Don't worry about the glow plugs for now.
