So this was a new one for me: Last night I spawned in missing my 3-plate, large backpack, weapon in the 3rd slot, armor plate box, self revive, and gas mask. If I edit a weapon loadout, pick a weapon build I have saved, and then check gunsmith, the tuning parameters are intact. However, if I enter DMZ menus, pick one of those same saved weapon builds for my insured weapon slot, and then check the gunsmith just above, the tuning parameters are all zeroed.
