It greatly helps control when your hands are sweaty. I shoot tighter groups with that than compared to a Kahr PM9. A Sig P938 is just as good too. I'm estimating 450-500 rounds in. I do not shoot it often I admit, but it feels very much like the sig as far as point of aim, trigger, even quality .
