I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. FM is a lot of screening and preventative care (know vaccines, age of screening, etc) but it definitely helps to have IM before. That’s the order of rotations I had and it helped out a ton. I haven't taken the FM COMAT yet but I did pretty well on the IM COMAT (110).

The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. So I only have one more weekend to study for the IM COMAT. So far I have done ~300 uworld questions. I am debating if I should just focus on doing as many uworld questions as I can vs get a COMBANK or a COMQUEST and run through all the questions in a week.
