Good day! I took my NCLEX RN exam yesterday 8am, Nov. 16, 2021. Stopped at 145 questions. 49 SATAS, no computations. One student with me stopped at 145 questions did the PVT and had a good pop up. I The pandemic hit and it was ROUGH. I took NLCEX for the first time April 2021 and failed in 75 questions. The next 2 times I failed in 75. Last time I took it was in May. Going off how the NCLEX adapts, I don't necessarily think your pass or fail was entirely dependent on that last question. I mean it certainly could've been, just not the case 100% of the time that someone goes to 145. Plus keep in mind, some people are randomly selected to go all the way to 145 questions, no matter how well you're actually doing.
