So you’d load the Easter egg mod through black ops, then tab out and open the other tool during the game to activate the gobble gum (sorry I don’t remember the specific tool, but I’m sure it exists because I used it)

I do see the mods present in game after the download status stops but this is only possible if you restart the game. So I guess black ops 3 is ghosting its custom content for now. tl;dr Mods download in the background and work only after you restarted the game Mods do not show that they downloading but show how much they have downloaded.This is a mod for zombies on bo3 that replacing all characters with kermit and has custom voice lines when the mod is loaded.
