I found the fix...its your userdata folder, you have to delete it.It’s under. Documents>My Games> Rainbow six siege. You can safely delete it.

Its not a great solution mind you, but i think thats their reason until they find a better solution. Ubisoft support is a third party, if you do have any issues with siege you would be better off going to R6 fix, in this case though, it is not a glitch. Discussion.
