I have just over 117k miles, and getting a clicking noise from the front end. I have talked with some friends, and they are saying CV joints. A tie rod or a bad ball joint can do it. Sometimes, the sockets dry out and rust up and that can cause a creaking. Shoot some grease into either the ball joint or the tie rod and go for a ride to work the grease into the socket.
