Jan 31, 2014 · Not all of my CUE keys are working. Just purchased my first new Cadillac. 2013 XTS demo that was used as a loaner. I started storing radio channels and wanted to rename them. I tap on the quill and the keyboard comes up. Problem is that there are about 10 keys on two rows that don't work.
