Yes, the PL Mini 2 does in fact fit the HK45C. However, once installed, the mounting bracket can still be pushed off with some moderate force. It's not the most compact setup, but I like the retention of the GLS locking mechanism, and it's easy to release the lock when I want to draw the gun.
