On my Super H the tractor serial number is 24,801, tag beside the starter. The engine serial number is 27,819, stamped on the side under cylinder #3.The Super H was built for the production year 1953 and the production year 1954, the (Super H) tractors built in '53 are called "stage I" those built in '54 are called "stage II."
