With a quick google, the scorpion bolt whole assy is 1.42 pounds. Figure maybe 1.2pounds for the bolt itself. From what I can find, the M-11 bolt is only around 14oz and originally designed for open bolt which allows for slightly less weight since the bolts mass is still moving forward as the round fires and starts to recoil.

Faux suppressors don't really do anything besides act as a counterweight that I suppose could effect felt recoil for the better. There aren't really any muzzle attachments i'm aware of that change accuracy in any noticeable way, beside suppressors which can cause drops in accuracy and/or point of impact shifts if anything.
