From what I remember, the beaver saddle is best, all you need is a beaver. You know that all saddles have stats, just pick the one with the highest numbers. I just bought the upland saddle and it is actually insane. The price tag is also insane though. It's a little over $600 but it is absolutely amazing. Upgraded you can hold 5 outfits, collector 7.
