Mail boxes get more mail and have another standard from gps to get credit, so, if the average is being dragged down by the cbu side then we're losing time when calculating by a yearly average.

I'm my opinion the rrecs evaluation is a million times fairer than the old way. It uses data from all days not a 2 week manipulated snapshot. The time standards are way more in our favor.
