For me, every time I watch a HiDive anime, I have to go to the settings and check the subtitles box and that usually fixes it. Getting the same on the Xbox One app on both HIDIVE and Crunchyroll shows. I logged in to my PS4 not too long ago and it seems subtitles for HIDive shows have returned to working order.
